I've managed $350M+ program portfolios, built governance frameworks from scratch, improved compliance systems under real federal scrutiny, and kept multi-team programs on track from kickoff through closeout. My background spans FEMA and DOE-funded energy infrastructure, enterprise technology, and operational leadership in aviation and defense.

I'm deeply hands-on with AI, not just as a user, but as a builder. I've developed working prototypes using Claude, OpenAI, n8n, and Relevance AI, built AI-powered operational tools, and applied prompt engineering and workflow automation to real program management challenges.
